Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) are deep technical advisors supporting Enterprise customers to deliver unique value by removing blockers to consumption within their given Solution Area. CSA provides technical support including risk assessments and tuning to operate and optimize a customer’s cloud environment. The CSA provides support delivery services as well as technical readiness through a Customer’s Support contract. Cloud Solution Architect services can be delivered either remotely or on-premises.

Microsoft Customer Experience & Success is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help Microsoft Enterprise Support Customers to use and deploy Modern Management Solutions to keep their devices secure and Healthy and guiding them on how to best move and use M365 solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Microsoft Customer Experience & Success is looking for an Early in Career Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help Microsoft Support Customers to deploy, secure and manage Windows 11 and other devices, guiding on how to best support them within their organizations.

The primary focus and responsibility will pertain to support of Microsoft’s platform technologies with specific emphasis in the following areas:

- Device Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS, Especially Intune)
- Management of Desktops and Devices (Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune)
- Windows Autopilot
- Windows 10, Windows 11 and related management technologies
- Windows 365
- Microsoft Intune Suite
- Microsoft 365 Apps deployment and updates
- Other M365 cloud services

**Qualifications**:
Key Experience needed:

- Implementing and troubleshooting MEM Microsoft Intune
- Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop OS deployment within the enterprise (Autopilot, OSD, MDT)
- Implementing and troubleshooting PC Management Solutions, especially MEM
- Troubleshooting Windows client performance and connectivity issues
- Delivering technical workshops in an international environment

Primary responsibilities include:

- Providing on-site and remote technical support & guidance
- Ensure customer satisfaction with Modern Management Microsoft solutions and deployment of Windows 11.
- Acts as the primary technical contact, providing corporate customer visibility, Prescriptive Technology guidance, advanced technical support and problem resolution including issues escalated to the highest levels of management and Microsoft internal M365 product groups.

Requirements and skills for this position include:

- Technical familiarity with Microsoft Technologies already mentioned.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communications, analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations, discuss the products features at a solutions level.
- Ability to manage customer escalations and work under pressure
- Ability to perform self-directed learning in a rapidly changing environment
- Capabilities to operate in a flexible team environment with mínimal supervision
- Fluent in both Spanish & English
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least one of the following Microsoft Certifications would be preferred:

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
