**Role description**:
Arcadis is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona, ES.

The role will be responsible of operationally deliver/manage (sub)projects in line with budgetary, compliance, regulatory and planning controls within required standards of quality, delivery, and safety.

**Role accountabilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Deliver monodisciplinary projects or subprojects in multidisciplinary projects (follow up and manage financial targets, highlight deviations and quality assurance)
- Lead the definition (scope) and implementation of projects (plans, technical information and specifics of the project, planning)
- Contribute to cross discipline collaboration
- Oversee junior project staff involved and guide on decision making during the delivery of the project
- Internal and external coordination, maintaining and expanding network and client relationship
- Advise on (sub)project related issues and have a fluent relationship with the project client and the different parts of the project (ex. Suppliers, contractors, etc)

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 7+ years of Project Management experience (Experience in Real Estate projects will be highly appreciate - residential, retail, hospitality, etc).

Preferred Requirements:

- B.S. in Architecture/Building Engineering/Engineering
- PMP certification will be especially appreciated
- English: Advanced (client´s meetings and reporting will be done in English) - be aware that the recruitment process might be conducted in English as well as interviews)
