Nuestro cliente es una compañía internacional enficada al sector industrial que se encuentra ubicada 04 minutos andando de la renfe de Tres Cantos (Madrid) y en paises como Paris, Leeds y Singapur entre otros. Realizan modelo híbrido de teletrabajo / oficina, para que puedas tener mucha flexibilidad pero estar en contacto con tu equipo.
**¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?**
- Título universitario o diploma universitario en un campo relacionado con soluciones de software y/o electrónica.
- Buenos conocimientos de programación SQL (PL/SQL y TSQL)
- Buenos conocimientos sobre arquitectura / configuración de redes.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Con ganas de aprender con una actitud positiva y de poder hacer.
- Buena capacidad de análisis.
- Disposición para realizar guardias 24/7.
- Disponibilidad de viajes (< 30% del tiempo) a nível nacional e internacional.
- Inglés obligatorio (C1 o nível equivalente superior).
**¿Qué realizarás en el día a día?**
- Proporcionar servicios de soporte de Nível 2 para soluciones o aplicaciones off-the-shelf / personalizadas relacionadas con PG: Conexión y monitorización de activos industriales.
- Actualizar incidentes y comunicar oportunamente al cliente sobre el progreso,
- Examinar la causa de los incidentes y establecer un diagnóstico.
- Proporcionar una solución temporal cuando no sea posible una solución permanente.
- Identificar la posible solución (incluye verificar problemas de capa física, resolver problemas de nombre de usuario y contraseña, desinstalación/reinstalación de aplicaciones de software básicas desinstalación/reinstalación de aplicaciones de software básicas, verificación de la correcta configuración del hardware y el software y asistencia para navegar por los menús de las aplicaciones).

- Con flexibilidad de horario dentro de proyecto, viernes intensivo, julio y agosto jornada intensiva.
