**HESCO, una empresa de ingeniería** especializada en la presentación de servicios integrales de ingeniería estructural y proyectos de ejecución; Además de, estudios de Gestión de la construcción, Arquitectura, Diseño interior, Ingeniería Civil, Infraestructura y diseños Electromecánicos; Con base en España y oficinas en Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Siria, Turquía, Egipto, Líbano y Reino Unido.**Estamos en busca de un IT Support.****Requisitos**:- Educación: Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado; o experiência laboral equivalente.- Inglés profesional (demostrable)- Experiência: Es deseable de 1 a 2 años de experiência en soporte de IT o un campo relacionado (SharePoint, Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, multi-task)- Habilidades técnicas: competencia en la resolución de problemas de hardware y software. Familiaridad con los sistemas operativos (por ejemplo, Windows, macOS) y aplicaciones de software comunes.- Servicio al cliente: Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente con un enfoque en brindar una experiência de soporte positiva y eficiente.- Resolución de problemas: Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos.- Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para adaptarse a tecnologías cambiantes y trabajar en un entorno de IT dinámico.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completaBeneficios:- Flexibilidad horariaHorario:- De lunes a viernes- Flexibilidad horariaExperiência:- Gestión de IT: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
