PARA QUÉ LE BUSCAMOS

Desde Rheinmetall Expal Munitons, buscamos un Responsable de Protección de Datos y Compliance que desarrolle, implemente y gestione el sistema de gestión de protección de datos.

Las funciones incluirán:

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos de protección de datos
- Implementación de los requisitos de protección de datos según la legislación europea, española y otras leyes aplicables
- Comunicación periódica con el responsable de Privacidad de Datos de la división y con el responsable de Compliance sobre los riesgos de protección de datos identificados y sobre la implementación de medidas de protección
- Realización de actividades de sensibilización, formaciones y talleres para empleados y otros grupos de interés encaminados a impartir conocimientos sobre temas de protección de datos y sobre cómo tratarlos
- Apoyo en el desarrollo y administración del Sistema de Gestión de Cumplimiento (CMS), incluyendo la realización de evaluaciones de riesgos, capacitación y acciones de concientización
- Gestión y documentación de incidencias en materia de protección de datos

QUÉ DEBE APORTAR
- Grado/licenciatura en derecho o estudios similares. Valorable formación específica en Protección de Datos y/o Compliance
- Experiência en puesto similar en el ámbito de proteccion de datos de al menos 3 años
- Valorable experiência en el desarrollo y gestion de sistemas de Compliance
- Certificación DPD
- Nível avanzado de inglés (B2)
- Valorable: nível medio de alemán (B1)
