Nuestro cliente tiene su oficina central en el centro de Barcelona y se dedican a ofrecer cursos de idiomas y paquetes de viaje a estudiantes internacionales. Este trabajo incluirá una variedad de actividades, incluyendo la gestión de tu propia cartera de clientes y poder asesorarles antes, durante y después de su período de viaje. Te encargarás de proporcionar una experiência única y personalizada a cada estudiante.
Tareas
- Vender cursos de idiomas personalizados y ofrecer asesoramiento constante a los clientes (B2C)
- Proporcionar ayuda y resolver cualquier posible incidencia que pudiera presentarse
- Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos adecuados a las necesidades cada cliente
- Procesar reservas, expedientes y encargarse de la facturación
- Garantizar la satifacción de los clientes a través de la comunicación contínua
**Requisitos**:
- Nível nativo de Español
- Nível nativo de Catalán
- Nível professional de Inglés
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en ventas, idealmente en una agencia de viajes
- Tener un buen conocimiento de geografía
- Excelente capacidad de comunicación
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Atención al detalle y autonomía
- Buenas habilidades de organización y sentido de la responsabilidad
