**Responsabilities & Accountabilities**
- Ensure that the Production Tasks are executed in a safe manner, following the rules fixed in the Operational Procedures/Asegurar que las tareas de producción se ejecutan de manera segura, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos en los procedimientos operativos.
- Ensure intermediate products are manufactured according to quality standards in an efficient way/Asegurar que los productos intermedios se fabrican de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad de una forma eficiente.
- Execute the necessary supporting tasks to ensure the production plan/Ejecutar las tareas necesarias de soporte para asegurar el plan de producción.
- Provide the necessary information to ensure the proper production shift changes/Aportar la información necesaria para asegurar los cambios de turno.
- Ensure a quality evaluation (PCM) in time, including Mid-Year Reviews and continuous conversations throughout the year/Asegurar evaluaciones (PCM) a tiempo, incluyendo Mid-Year Reviews y conversaciones sobre desempeño a lo largo del año.
- Promote an environment where the team feels comfortable, safe and connected/Promover un entorno donde el equipo se sienta cómodo, seguro y conectado.

**Experience**
- Experience +5 yrs in Extrusion Operations/5 años o más de experiência en Operaciones de extrusión
