**What we do in the Embedded Electronics team**

Within the R+D+i Department, the main tasks of the Embedded Electronics team:

- Development of embedded control and power electronics for motor and system control boards
- Development of embedded communications HW for industrial and IoT connectivity
- Development of HMI and other specialty embedded electronics
- Support existing designs in production-sustaining

**What the role is**

In this role you will:

- Play a very senior role in the Embedded Electronics Team
- Lead role in innovation projects in-house and with external partners
- Have a technical hands-on design lead role with a focus on embedded HW development
- Bring significant experience to the team that helps elevate the quality of work
- Participates in all EE projects as internal consultant providing technical direction and supervising work
- Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Significant hands-on experience completing projects solo or as part of small teams
- Deep understanding of ARM-based MCUs/MPUs and digital electronic HW
- Good understanding of low
- and high-level embedded communication HW design
- Good understanding of power electronics: motor inverters, power supplies, and battery management
- Good understanding of analog circuit design
- Solid fundamentals on control HW design, simulation, architecture, development, and testing tools/processes/best practices
