Nuestro cliente es una empresa de terminales portuarias que está en búsqueda de un Jefe de Operaciones. Con la misión de dirigir el área de operaciones de la Terminal de acuerdo a la estrategia organizativa, siendo responsable del cumplimento de la normativa establecida y garantizando el correcto desarrollo de los procesos de trabajo bajo el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad, salud, protección del medio ambiente y calidad establecidas.

Functions and responsibilities
Definir y asegurar la correcta implementación de la estrategia, políticas, procesos y procedimientos operativos.
Dirigir y supervisar el desempeño del equipo a cargo para garantizar el desarrollo profesional, la contribución a la consecución de los objetivos de la organización, y la eficiencia en los procesos de trabajo.
Organizar, planificar y dirigir el conjunto de operaciones a desarrollar en la Terminal de acuerdo a los parámetros de seguridad, salud, protección del medio ambiente y calidad establecidos, de modo que se garantice la trazabilidad cualitativa de los productos.
Realizar la planificación y control del grado de ocupación de la capacidad de la instalación y de los productos almacenados.
Representar a la organización ante los diversos agentes externos con los que interactuarás (Autoridades Portuarias, Aduanas, Surveyors,Agentes de Aduana, Consignatarios, entre otros).
Atender y mantener la relación con el cliente (interno y/o externo) en el ámbito de operaciones para detectar, anticipar y satisfacer sus necesidades, asegurando la excelencia en el servicio ofrecido y la fiabilidad en la información.

Experiência miníma de 5 años en un puesto similar o equivalente,

Titulación universitaria, preferiblemente en Ingeniería.
