**ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM**:
The Director of International Talent Acquisition leads the development and implementation of strategic recruiting tactics and the evaluation of the international recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to ensure successful delivery of hiring objectives. The Director oversees full cycle recruitment in Europe, LATAM and India in support of all of the business's functions and explores and implements practices that allow the business to attract top talent to the business.

Reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition, the Director is critical to achieving hiring objectives and delivering results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment while maintaining TKWW's culture, values and quality standards. The Director of International Talent Acquisition will lead a team of 10-15 Recruiters across Europe and India and will hire across Tech, Sales, Marketing and General Administration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure successful delivery of Global Talent Acquisition hiring objectives, strategy, policies and procedures
- Build effective metrics oriented recruiting strategies to drive and execute hiring goals
- Define and report on robust recruiting metrics to key stakeholders, measuring talent acquisition effectiveness and performance
- Create and develop Employer Branding strategies
- Inspire, grow and nurture a team of engaged recruiting professionals
- Work with business leadership to understand future plans and the recruiting implications. Develop a strategy to deliver on these plans
- Lead with data, analytics and insights to drive operational improvements and ultimately operational excellence to support our rapid growth
- Build effective working relationships with functional leaders, TA team and cross-functional partners within and outside of TKWW and be recognized as a trusted advisor in all recruitment matters.
- Proactively address competency gaps, pipeline and nurture high quality talent to meet future demands
- Highly capable and experienced presenter at the senior leadership level in both formal and informal settings

**SUCCESSFUL DIRECTOR, RECRUITING CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- Ability to use data to generate insights to define and influence areas of focus, actions and decisions.
- Demonstrated success in managing talent acquisition initiatives in a large, complex, matrixed, and global business environment.
- Proven success, managing and developing recruiting teams to deliver on aggressive hiring goals at scale; you have experience forecasting, setting goals & objectives, analyzing data and measuring recruiting performance to improve effectiveness
- A strong problem-solving track record - you're able to think critically through unique problems with no set playbook and quickly implement a path to a solution, and you can toggle effortlessly between big picture strategy and in-the-weeds tactical problem-solving
- Excellent English language C1 Level and Spanish fluency
- 4 year degree required in Business, Communications, Ecomomics or similar. MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years at leadership level, growing talent organizations working in high growth settings, 10+ years of overall HR and TA experience
