**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

El área de CTO define e impulsa el uso de las plataformas tecnológicas globales del Grupo y lidera las iniciativas de trasformación en su ámbito. Gestiona la visión a corto y largo plazo; anticipa y ayuda al negocio a navegar a través del cambio y la disrupción.

Nuestra área está experimentando cambios profundos para potenciar la función de arquitectura y hacer de Santander una organización basada en un modelo de plataformas. Tenemos como objetivo impulsar la adopción del uso de las plataformas tecnológicas globales del Grupo en las diferentes entidades a la vez que entender y hacer propios los diferentes requisitos locales para un enriquecimiento mutuo y una visión verdaderamente global.

El **estratega de CTO **reportará al Head de Global Engagement y será el responsable de entender, concretar y conceptualizar la estrategia de CTO definida a nível global, creando los materiales necesarios para su comunicación y aprobación en diferentes órganos de dirección.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Mantener sesiones de trabajo y un flujo de comunicación constante con los responsables del área de CTO y sus equipos, las áreas de TyO y otras áreas de negocio (Riesgos, PagoNxt, etc.) para entender la situación actual y los retos a los que se enfrentan, contribuyendo al diseño del futuro estratégico de CTO.
- Analizar y sintetizar la información recogida, alineando las distintas visiones, tanto dentro del área de TyO (CTO, CISO, CIO, CDO y Operaciones) como fuera de este ámbito, con el fin de construir una representación conceptual y holística de la estrategia de CTO.
- Identificar las dependencias e impactos en la estrategia de CTO, fruto del trabajo con las distintas áreas y de la evolución de la propia función de CTO.
- Ordenar y priorizar las iniciativas de CTO orientadas a navegar hacia un modelo de plataformas tecnológicas globales, ayudando en la creación de roadmaps para su implementación.
- Comprender la estrategia de plataformas globales y su gobierno, con el fin de ayudar en su traslación a entregables concretos (blueprints, modelos operativos, etc.).
- Entender las principales palancas e iniciativas promovidas por el área de CTO en torno a la IA generativa, para concretarlas en modelos de trabajo ágiles e innovadores y en planes de acción.
- Analizar el mercado y las tendencias externas, identificando lo que otras organizaciones referentes en tecnología y entidades financieras están haciendo, para adaptar las mejores prácticas a nuestra naturaleza y contexto.

EXPERIENCIA
- Mínimo 10 - 15 años de experiência en puestos relevantes al puesto.

EDUCACIÓN
- Formación en Ingeniería Informática o similar.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Excelente habilidad de síntesis y conceptualización en distintas herramientas (Word, Powerpoint, etc.). Realizar presentaciones ante comités de alto nível sabiendo transmitir el mensaje adecuado y concreto.
- Pensamiento analítico para desgranar problemas complejos en partes más simples.
- ‘Tener olfato’ para descubrir tendencias de tecnología y hacia dónde van las grandes empresas tecnológicas y otras entidades del sector.
- Ser capaz de conectar puntos.
- Tener una buena capacidad de comunicación y relación con los distintos stakeholders.
- Saber moverse en un amplio espectro: participar en conversaciones de distinta naturaleza, desde la estrategia de alto nível hasta los detalles de arquitectura.
