Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

**Goal of the position**:
To give support to the Marketing & Consumer Engagement division

**Tasks**:

- Assist in the coordination of the Go-To-Market plans for the AWWG brands such as event promotions and on/off wholesales
- Follow up, tracking and monitoring of the Brand Calendars
- Assist with the coordination of the weekly Marketing Go-To-Market meetings with the other departments
- Data analysis to measure results of past and ongoing launch plans
- Editing and updating internal marketing presentations, including benchmark research
- Support in the coordination of the activities by partnering with the rest of the Consumer Engagement team as well as other divisions (Ecommerce, Retail, Merchandising)
- Back office activities including overall support to the division and related stakeholders

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or have finished a Bachelor's or Masters degree Marketing or Communications
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish is strongly valued; any other languages are a big plus
- Good use of MS Office tools Excel,Power Point and Word
- Good use of Google Sheets
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must
