The Supply Chain Manager will agree to the delivery conditions with the suppliers and will also set the quantities to be replenished always based on prices and situations, seeking to optimize the economic conditions of the product. He/she will agree with the warehouse team the agenda and programming of the suppliers' deliveries. He/she will always maintain a focused vision on customers and consumers, and, for this, he/she will agree with the warehouse team the service agenda for the stores. Finally, he/she will report the service KPIs (to customers and suppliers) and stocks in order to achieve the best cost/service balance and optimize the supply chain.

**The main responsibilities of the role will include**:
**Define and implement an adequate management of the processes and systems of the Supply Chain to support an optimized merchandise replenishment.**
- Develop new and adapt current replacement processes and systems in accordance with best practices to ensure that these are aligned with the company's global strategy.
- Ensure that all processes are sustainable, audited, updated and secure.
- Collaborate with suppliers to achieve best practices for mutually beneficial cost reduction without diminishing the level of service.
- Monitor the service level of providers and take action to improve poor service levels.
- Participate in the design and implementation of improvement and change initiatives and key projects assigned to you
- Participate in the design of the Logistics Chain for new lines of business and for the integration of future acquisitions.

**Manage and lead the Supply team to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their objectives.**
- Recruitment, development, and performance management of the Supply team.
- Set achievable and challenging goals that motivate and follow the achievement of them.
- Resolve incidents, resolve doubts, support on a day-to-day basis and develop individual plans.
- Implement appropriate succession strategies.
- Establish training plans that keep the necessary knowledge updated
- Establish and maintain an excellent and trusting work environment in a pressured environment.

**Mangement and supervision of the Replacement of Merchandise**
- Ensure that the MRP management system database is kept up to date.
- Ensure that orders to suppliers are made in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the replacement circle is fulfilled: Order-Entry-Confirmation-Claim
- Ensure that the programming of downloads, returns, item registrations and promotions is done in coordination with the warehouse and platform teams.
- Set the necessary quantities for promotional periods, the dates of receipt and delivery to customers.
- Schedule In&Outs, Exhibitors, campaigns and opportunity purchases according to logistics capacity
- Keep the replenishment parameters of the MRP system adjusted according to warehouse capacity, seasons and promotional periods.
- Attend/validate Commercial replacement requests above the established parameters.

**Supervision, Management and Stock Control**
- Ensure that the product database is kept up to date
- Control the situation of stocks in the central warehouse and platforms: analyze rotations, stock levels and expiration dates.
- Monitor expirations based on expiration date and service date parameters.
- Ensure a permanent and rapid update of the centralized assortment based on the requests for registrations and cancellations of the Commercial area
- Properly control product stocks in the central warehouse to avoid errors and mismatches and optimize the supply chain.
- Decide and schedule forced departures due to expiration, promoting coordination with the point of sale and always keeping the focus on the end customer.
- Participate on behalf of logistics in shrink reduction forums
- Evaluate the cost/benefit criteria and validate the opportunity orders requested by Commercial to maximize the benefit of the replacement for ME and take advantage of future appreciations in the cost of the product while considering stock restrictions, storage capacity and handling.
- Identify suppliers and maximize revenue from returns in collaboration with transportation teams.
- Optimize fixed assets without loss of service

**Coordination with Commercial and Sales. Control and report on all activities in the supply chain. Work together with Commercial and Sales to eliminate problems and optimize processes.**
- Ensure regular, professional and productive communication with suppliers and customers to ensure that the Logistics Chain works as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Ensure that the entire Supply team maintains a clear customer focus and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Regularly report Supply KPI's to the Logistics, Commercial and Sales teams
