**Homecare HSE Supervisor (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You are the responsible to promote and support development of SHEQ culture and performance improvement
- You should develope and implement of execution plans to fulfil with targets and strategies, aligning execution with different business areas
- You must ensure effectiveness of management systems and continuous improvement on SHEQ area
- You deal of country management system and where applicable maintaining certifications
- You will guarantee the implementation of Linde Global Standards applied to local management system not conflicting with local regulations
- You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators and provide information and lead periodic management system reviews
- You are in charge of repare and coordinate audit plans and execution
- You make measurements, providing information and support analysis for improvements on SHEQ area
- You ensure compliance with country occupational safety and hygiene regulations
**What makes you great**
- You have a University degree in technical areas preferably
- You are specialist on 3 areas (Occupational Safety, Health and Ergonomy)
- You have experience in similar roles in sanitary bussines
- You are used to implement ISO's 14001 and 45001, and 26000
- Administration of management systems and risks assessment
- You have experience on Training and auditing
- You are a teamworker, collaborative person and deal with different key interfaces

**This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:30 hrs.**
