**What duties and responsibilities will you have as a Headhunter?**
- **Team management and coordination**:

- Follow-up of the performance of the collaborators
- Database maintenance
- Support in the contracting process
- Coordination with the financial team for payments

**Requirements**:

- University education (bachelor's degree)
- Leadership and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing and leading a small team of recruiters/headhunters
- Organization and planning skills
