**En este puesto puedes esperar**
- Impartición de seminarios y realización de consultorías individuales/grupales en formato virtual y/o presencial en función de los requisitos del programa. Alineación del asesoramiento con la metodología LHH y adaptación a la tipología de los diferentes colectivos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Garantizar la calidad en el servicio de consultoría.
- Captación de ofertas e información que ayuden en la recolocación del colectivo, colaborando con el Departamento de Prospección para su correcta gestión.
- Mantener la información actualizada en la herramienta de gestión interna de la Compañía.
- Realización de informes en el formato definido por el Project Manager junto con el Cliente o Departamento Comercial a cargo de la cuenta.

- Valorable Grado en Psicología u otras licenciaturas afines.
- Se valorará experiência de 3 a 5 años en áreas de Recursos Humanos, Empresas de Consultoría, Headhunter y ETT, u orientación laboral en instituciones.
- Se valorará disponer de carnet de conducir.
- Se valorará nível medio de inglés.
