Desde RightHand, compañía especializada en atracción del talento digital y contratación, estamos colaborando con nuestro cliente, una compañía líder en innovación de medios, en la busca de un Data Collection & Privacy Solutions Lead para liderar un equipo que de soluciones trasversales, robustas e innovadoras, que se adapten al ecosistema cambiante en cuanto a privacidad de los datos, con el fin de dotar de soluciones que garanticen la calidad del dato en todos los activos del cliente, de una forma respetuosa con el consentimiento del usuario, maximizando el uso del dato como generado de valor de negocio a los clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Definición de las servicios y soluciones que se abordan dentro del área, prestando especial foco a los cambios referentes a privacidad y plataformas.
- Definición de soluciones trasversales de recolección y distribución de los datos en los activos del cliente.
- Implantación de metodologías para la gestión eficiente de proyectos, con especial foco en la integración con clientes y equipos de agencia/grupo.
- Elaborar planes de carrera y formativos para los miembros del equipo.
- Elaboración de propuestas con el fin de vender los servicios del equipo.
- Responsable último del crecimiento del negocio gestionado por el equipo.
- Colaboración con otros equipos, nacionales e internacionales, en la elaboración de propuestas con el objetivo de activar y poner en valor los datos.
- Colaboración en la gestión de partners (Google, Adobe,...), desde la detección de oportunidades de proyectos en cliente a la adopción de nuevos productos.

**Requisitos**:

- Amplia experiência en la gestión de equipos, tanto en dependencia jerárquica como no dependencia.
- Experiência en equipos de trabajo multidisciplinares e internacionales.
- Conocimiento profundo de las herramientas analítica y recolección de datos, con especial foco en Google.
- Conocimiento profundo de soluciones enfocadas en la privacidad de los usuarios (CMPs, CoMo, CAPI).
- Habilidades sólidas de colaboración y comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en entornos globales y locales.
- Conocimiento técnico en herramientas y plataformas de gestión de datos.
- Orientación a resultados y experiência probada en hacer crecer equipos con alta orientación a cliente.
- Claro objetivo a métricas de negocio y ventas, demostrando el valor de cada proyecto y potenciando el cross-sell entre categorías/producto
- Nível de Inglés Profesional.
