En Adecco Selección estamos colaborando con importante empresa del sector hortofrutícola ubicada en La Vall dUxó en búsqueda de un/a Gerente/a de almacén.

Tu misión principal será dirigir y gestionar la operativa del almacén con el fin de estandarizar y maximizar la eficiencia del mismo.

En tu día a día te encargarás de;
- Administrar y monitorear la operativa del almacén; proceso, recepción, empaque de producto, control de entradas/salidas, control de stock, tc
- Definir nuevos procesos, implantar procedimientos y establecer sistemas de control de flujos de trabajo
- Gestión de forma integral el área de logística/almacén y coordinación de las actividades diarias
- Planificarás e implementarás las estrategias en la utilización del espacio y entrega de los productos.
- Serás un líder de equipo, capacitarás y brindarás la orientación necesaria al personal del almacén.
- Coordinación con el departamento de calidad con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de estándar de calidad de los productos/certificaciones.

**Requisitos**
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Formación en Ingeniería Agraria o de Alimentos, Ingeniería Industrial, Agronomía o similares. Se valora Máster en Logística o Gestión de la cadena de suministro.
- Nível fluido de inglés (se realizará prueba de nível)
- Al menos 3 años de experiência liderando los procesos de operación de un almacén en puesto similar.
- Se valorará el conocimiento del funcionamiento de un almacén de productos frescos y de las operaciones con temperatura controlada.
- Alto nível de Microsoft Excel.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones en un entorno acelerado, fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para gestionar equipos, excelente comunicación, excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
