**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Prestarás soporte informático a los usuarios finales resolviendo diversos problemas: Desde un simple "mi impresora no imprime" hasta incidencias realmente complejas como una migración de datos a gran escala.
- Hay una mezcla entre rutina / trabajo reservado con los clientes y el trabajo “Ad-Hoc” para incidencias de tipo “Break & Fix”.
- El trabajo se realiza principalmente en las instalaciones de clientes en Madrid, por lo que es necesario desplazarse por la ciudad.
- Sin microgestión - **serás independiente, responsable de tu tiempo y de la satisfacción del cliente.**
- Por ser el **principal punto de contacto** para algunos de tus clientes, debes ser un representante amable y fiable de Dworkin.

**¿Cómo es un día de trabajo?**

**Cada día** de este trabajo **será diferente**. Puede suponer un reto y te permitirá aprender muchas **habilidades nuevas**. Cuanto más duro trabajes, más contento estará el cliente; entonces más recompensado serás tanto personalmente como en tu bolsillo Si te gusta la variedad y el trabajo flexible en diversas tareas con diferentes clientes, eres el tipo de persona que buscamos Aquí tienes tres ejemplos de jornadas laborales que podrías experimentar:
1. Visitar a un cliente para realizar un estudio Wi-Fi posterior a la instalación y, a continuación, solucionar cualquier problema pendiente con la conectividad Wi-Fi.

2. Por la mañana, visitar a un cliente para resolver una incidencia urgente de prioridad 1, ya que ninguno de sus equipos inicia sesión. Una vez resuelto, visita a otro cliente cercano para comprobar con ellos algunos equipos que habían entregado para un próximo proyecto.

3. Visitar a un cliente como parte de la asistencia in situ programada con regularidad y ayudar con las incidencias nuevas y pendientes que se hayan planteado.

- **Inglés fluido.**:

- Mínimo de 2 años de **experiência práctica** en el área de soporte informático.
- Experiência en el uso, registro y documentación de problemas técnicos en un sistema de gestión de tickets.
- Experiência en diagnóstico de averías y solución de problemas, así como en la tramitación de solicitudes.
- Experiência en bricolaje y trabajos manuales es un plus, ya que a menudo se utilizan herramientas para instalar equipos de cliente.
- **Permiso de conducir en vigor.**
