Diseño, desarrollo e implementación de estrategias y planes para gestión del cambio en procesos de digitalización. Implementación y gestión de políticas públicas para la transformación digital. Diseño y puesta en marcha de estrategias para el reclutamiento y empoderamiento de usuarios en estudios de investigación. Implementación de metodologías de co-creación, implementación de pilotos y validación de soluciones tecnológicas en contextos internacionales. Experiência demostrable en gestión de aspectos éticos y legales en materia de datos personales y otros marcos regulatorios de datos. Conocimiento del marco regulatorio y gestión de procedimientos para protección de innovaciones. Metodologías y herramienta de diseño de futuros posibles (PNUD- UE Foresight). Metodologías para el análisis coste-efectividad de productos y servicios de salud. Participación en licitaciones de la UE y en ideación de propuestas de innovación en proyectos competitivos. Demonstrable experience in: Research, design, and development of multi-stakeholder ecosystems for open innovation. Socio-political articulation, collaborative advocacy, and cooperation for development. Design, development, and implementation of strategies and plans for change management in digitalization processes. Implementation and management of public policies for digital transformation. Design and launch of strategies for the recruitment and empowerment of users in research studies. Implementation of co-creation methodologies, pilot implementation, and validation of technological solutions in international contexts. Demonstrable experience in managing ethical and legal aspects of personal data and other data regulatory frameworks.
