Desde Hays estamos buscando un/a Battery Pack Technical Leader para una empresa internacional líder en el sector de automoción situada en Castilla y León.

El objetivo principal del puesto es gestionar el desarrollo de baterías de tracción xHEV, garantizando la coordinación de las distintas competencias básicas que contribuyen (módulo, electroquímica, arquitectura mecánica interna, térmica, componentes E/E, etc.).

El Battery Pack Technical Leader será responsable:

- Garantizar el desarrollo del producto/proceso del componente de la batería de tracción, de acuerdo con las normas y especificaciones de las competencias principales, de conformidad con la normativa, la obligación legal de seguridad general del producto y propondrá optimizaciones.
- Llevar a cabo el alcance ascendente del componente de la batería, obteniendo los requisitos de las distintas partes interesadas, como parte de la ingeniería del sistema.
- Garantizar la solidez del diseño del producto/proceso, apoyando y coordinando las competencias básicas implicadas en el diseño del componente de la batería.
- Proponer posibles soluciones técnicas de arbitraje.
- Pilotar a los proveedores para los desarrollos del componente del módulo de batería.
- Serás el responsable de llevar a cabo las validaciones de los componentes de la batería, realizadas internamente o por los proveedores.
- El responsable de dirigir la revisión del diseño del módulo a través de la fase de desarrollo.
- Darás tu opinión sobre los hitos del proyecto de acuerdo con el proceso de desarrollo.

Además, trabajarás a escala mundial: Japón, Corea y China, donde se encuentran nuestros principales proveedores de módulos.

Su ámbito técnico es muy amplio, desde la química a la mecánica, pasando por la electro-electrónica y la ingeniería térmica.

¿Qué buscamos?:

- Máster en mecánica, electricidad-electrónica o electroquímica/química.
- Tener conocimientos de baterías (mecánica, eléctrica, térmica, seguridad, BMS, electroquímica).
- Ser una persona rigurosa, organizada, dinámica, fuerza de propuesta.
- Deberás tener buena síntesis, mentalidad aprecias el trabajo en equipo y tienes capacidad para trabajar en un entorno internacional y multicultural.
- Fundamental inglés hablado y escrito, trabajarás con proveedores asiáticos.
