The Vall d'Hebron Research Institute

**Billing & Accounting Administrative**

**Accounting Unit**

VHIR offers position for a Billing and Accounting Administrative within the Accounting Unit.***

**Education and Qualifications**:

- CFGS in administration or related field

**Experience and knowledge**:

- Experience in invoicing and general administrative tasks
- Experience in accounting
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Organized, decisive, dynamic

**Main responsibilities and tasks**:

- Give administrative support to the Accounting Unit
- Management of customer complaints
- Bank reconciliations
- Income accounting
- Management of arrears

**Labor Conditions**:

- Full time: 40h/week
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross anual salary: starting from 18.960,83 € (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary

ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract**:permanent
