Accounting & Labor Administrative (Temporary)

**The Role**
We are looking for an **Accounting & Labor Administrative**, who will be a new member of the Financial and Administration area.
**What you will do?**
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Accounting and Labor Adm. will be in charge of the following:
- General accounting.
- Analytical accounting.
- Monthly bank reconciliation, as well as supplier and customer accounts.
- Preparation of balance sheets and consolidated and income statements.
- Follow-up of amortizations and investments.
- Monthly closing of accounts and support in the preparation of financial reporting.
- Employee Time Tracking and Reporting.
- Payroll Management.
- Management of hires, terminations, and various leave types.
- Model 145 Management
- Working with the Administrative Agency for Contract preparation.
- Preparation of commercial contracts.
- Operational management of employee onboarding issues, updates, benefits.
- Support in Personal Data Protection Law (GDPR).
- Support in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Other legal labor requirements.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in finance or higher degree focused on accounting;
- Experience as an Accounting or in a similar position during minimum of 3 years;
- Experience in consolidation is desirable;
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Advanced English level as a plus;
- Proactive and good sense of initiative;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
