Tasks
- Offer guidance and recommendations to users regarding our various connection types
- Initiate proactive communication with clients to diagnose and resolve technical incidents
- Take necessary actions and provide guidance to resolve issues effectively
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Inform customer feedback and issues to the relevant departments and follow up on their resolution
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrates patience, attention to detail and logical thinking
- Able to handle multiple consultations in an efficient manner
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to deal with difficult situations and a solution-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge of technology
- Ownership and commitment to follow-up procedures
- Full professional of French and English
- Availability to work during the morning shift: 7am to 4pm
- Prior knowledge of major OTA's such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, etc. is a big plus
