**Position Summary**
Our Global IT Innovation Team is in a mission to unlock tech-powered innovation enabling new business models and continuously future-ready IT products. We focus on solving problems that matter, in a different way.
In other words, we help tackle challenges and opportunities that, if solved with a drastic different approach, have a drastic increase in the generated outcome. We are at the forefront of new transversal emerging technologies such as Next AI, Blockchain, Next VR/Metaverse, Distributed Data lakes, Quantum Computing. **A day in the life**- Define the vision and strategy for Web3 experimentation and adoption at Nestlé- Create and present Web3 information to the Nestlé IT and business community through webinars, video demonstrations, walk-throughs and other media channels- Interact with Innovation Managers, agency developers and Web3 users to understand their needs, and develop articles, tutorials, and code in response- Perform blockchain data analysis and scripting as needed
**What will make you successful...**- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.-
- 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead position and/or product management, roadmap creation and solution delivery at scale- Passionate about working within the web3.0 / decentralized technology space-
- Proven experience in delivering cutting-edge software solutions in Ethereum and/or other Layer 1 protocols.- Experience building Web3 products from early-stage through to scaling and maturity- Ability to critically assess and drive the scalability of product and tech- A highly collaborative approach, the ability to work well with stakeholders across the business and externally- Technical writing skills (tutorials, articles and code examples)- Quickly able to learn and teach new technologies and frameworks- Understanding of agile methods and processes.- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.- Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization.- Experiences working in a global environment and with virtual teams.- Entrepreneurial Mindset and Team Player
