**Are you ready to lead and inspire?**

We are seeking a talented and experienced **Engineering Manager** to take charge of a multidisciplinary team that plays a pivotal role in designing and optimizing assets from development to construction and interconnection. This role is based in Madrid in our newly formed Engineering HUB in the city.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to define specifications and technical inputs for budgeting.
- Optimize and improve yield throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
- Contribute to basic engineering during the development phase.
- Manage communication with external consultants to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Perform detailed as-built preparation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting during asset performance tests.
- Propose innovative engineering methods based on best practices and cutting-edge technology.
- Create a repository of business intelligence accessible company wide.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Technical Director for continuous improvement.

**Our Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent coordination abilities and strong teamwork skills.
- Organized and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Committed to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the engineering sector.
