¿Qué buscamos?
En Dogfy Diet, estamos buscando a un/a Marketing Performance Analyst para unirse al equipo de Marketing en nuestras oficinas de Zona Franca (Barcelona), reportando directamente al CMO.

En tu día a día, te encargarás de...
- Tomar medidas e implementar nuevas estrategias de acuerdo con el Business Plan y la estrategia empresarial.
- Diseñar e implementar visualizaciones de datos y dashboards para comunicar de manera efectiva insights y recomendaciones estratégicas y accionables a los stakeholders.
- Utilizar datos para identificar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), nuevas tendencias y patrones.
- Conducir A/B testing para mejorar el rendimiento junto con el departamento de Producto Digital.
- Trabajar en colaboración con los Growth Managers de cada país y PPC Manager para entender las necesidades comerciales y adaptar el rendimiento a cada mercado y canal.

¿Eres la pieza que nos falta?
- 3 o más años de experiência en un puesto similar.
- 3 o más años de experiência en gestión de campañas de marketing de pago, gestionando budgets de 200.000€/mes o más.
- Buenos conocimientos en herramientas analíticas (ej. Power BI u similares)
- Conocimiento del español a nível nativo o bilingüe; Inglés, francés o italiano valorable positivamente.
