**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Be an active member of the Performance Marketing team by supporting all team members on daily tasks and interdisciplinary initiatives:
- Support Performance Marketing Lead with the monitoring of acquisition campaigns on Google Ads and Social Networks.
- Support the Growth Analyst by monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to business and funnel performance.
- Support the Marketing Automation Specialist with Lifecycle user journey monitoring and implementation.
- Help with reporting and optimizing campaign components including Ad Copy, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
- Help improve the acquisition and retention strategies by exploring new channels, following market trends, performing competitor analysis, etc.
- Help improve the conversion throughout the funnel by monitoring metrics and performing deep analysis to find potential areas of improvement.
**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?**
- The student must be studying Administration, Business, Marketing or similar.
- The student can provide an Educational Agreement with a School/University of the EU.
- Minimum 6 months length internship, with the possibility to extend the agreement.
- Interest in product funnels.
- Interest in data analysis.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office: mainly Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Docs.
- High level of English and Spanish is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
