**Business Operational Performance**

**Position purpose**

For the Commercial Excellence and Business Operations position, the RAD Business Unit is looking for a highly motivated individual who will lead initiatives, carry out strategic analysis, and direct the development of business cases by assisting with pricing strategy, data-driven management, customer segmentation, and process improvement. Responsible for managing CRM and Market Analysis, commercial agreements tool, and reviewing all RAD procedures. supporting the decision-making of the management team, key account management, tenders, and prospective new business models with criteria and analytical prowess.

**Major tasks and responsibilities of position**
- Supervise and give clear inputs in complex, cross-functional projects and potential market analysis.
- Actively contribute to improve operational performance and customer experience (delivering business case modeling).
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations on price optimization initiatives across all business brands to maximize long-term profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance BP on key functional initiatives.
- Develop and execute brand pricing strategy regional aligned (EMEA 1).
- Defines and analyzes critical business KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and define effective plans with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Support the business with customer segmentation analysis and clear inputs from the private & public market.
- Identify improvement opportunities to Management Team and drive decisions to increase efficiency, improve operational performance and change management strategies.
- Manage a high-volume of projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results.
- Active involvement in inventory allocation and the creation of sales budgets.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance in business value capture and potential opportunities with priority in strategic accounts.
- Understanding the flow of data between interdependent systems (such as SAP, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, QlikSense) and the impact it can have on different areas and processes of the business.
- Drive Segmentation & Targeting projects with excellence for brands and markets supporting the CRM inputs from Sales Team.
- Translate marketing strategy and segmentation into territory segmentation strategy (Leverage high-potential customers) by defining most relevant parameters for customer segmentation strategy.
- Run cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical and Market Access) to drive joint strategic decision-making on insights input into customer understanding.
- Provide strategic pricing recommendations to inform business development opportunities.
- Management of pricing strategic activities, such as updates on price changes and profitability assessment.

**Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)**
- University or commercial degree in Economics or Business or relevant professional experience.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical business from a holistic perspective: financial, commercial, marketing and technical service.
- Proven experience managing process and complex data analysis.
- Ability to seek opportunities and improve internal process.
- Knowledge of Veeva CRM, SAP-PBI and Salesforce.
- Solid experience managing pricing strategies and market insights.
- Coordination capabilities to work cross functional in order to manage several projects with competing priorities.
- Ability and experience to generate high quality project and strategic plans.
- Results oriented with strong analytical skills and business mind-set.
- Organized, structured and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in market segmentation and definition of business strategies based on data.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
