Descripción del Puesto:
El Departamento de Gestión de Producto (Product Management) lidera el Roadmap de las soluciones y sistemas meteorológicos de DTN que se instalan en aeropuertos de todo el mundo (sistemas AWOS, LLWAS, ATIS/VOLMET, entre otros), asi como otros mercados como Energía, Renovables, Agricultura y Transportes. Las tareas que desarrolla suelen incluir: detección de tendencias en la industria, diseño de algoritmos, testing de nuevas tecnologías, e ingeniería convergente con el resto de los departamentos (principalmente Ofertas, Software, Ejecución de Proyectos, y Desarrollo del Negocio).

El Departamento de Gestión de Producto (Product Management) lidera el Roadmap de las soluciones y sistemas meteorológicos que DTN instala en aeropuertos de todo el mundo (sistemas AWOS, LLWAS, ATIS/VOLMET, entre otros), asi como otros clientes en el mercado de Energía, Renovables, Agricultura y Transportes.

El Departamento de Gestión de Producto (Product Management) lidera el desarrollo del Roadmap para las soluciones y sistemas meteorológicos de DTN instalados en todo el mundo, abarcando sectores como el aeronáutico (AWOS, LLWAS, ATIS/VOLMET, entre otros), Energía, Renovables, Minería y Transportes. Las tareas que desarrolla suelen incluir: detección de tendencias en la industria, diseño de algoritmos, testing de nuevas tecnologías, e ingeniería convergente con el resto de los departamentos (principalmente Ofertas, Software, Ejecución de Proyectos, y Desarrollo del Negocio).

El becario trabajará como Ingeniero de Producto para proponer soluciones Software a requisitos de diversa naturaleza, que se le asignarán según se adecuen mejor a su perfil. Por citar algunas posibilidades:
Análisis de datos de fenómenos meteorológicos para encontrar correlaciones de utilidad, por ejemplo:

- Estadística del perfil de viento en los aterrizajes de aeronaves para clasificar la turbulencia experimentada en vuelo.
- Estimación de la visibilidad atmosférica usando una cámara de video y tratamiento de imágenes.
- Simulación de la cobertura de un sistema LLWAS/Lidar.
- Análisis del campo de viento/temperatura obtenido de los aviones cercanos con un receptor de ADS-B.

Prototipos de nuevas funcionalidades para establecer cuáles son los requisitos de diseño y las dificultades a salvar, por ejemplo:

- Integración con servicios externos mediante API REST.
- Prototipo de adquisidor de datos IoT, conectado por 4G o satellite.

Generación de toda la documentación asociada a los casos anteriores.

Las cualidades que se buscan son entusiasmo por aprender, aportar ideas y asumir retos, así como capacidad de adaptación para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo.

Todas las tareas descritas anteriormente las realizará en contacto con los miembros del Departamento de Producto basados en España y Holanda, por lo que será muy importante desarrollar una comunicación muy fluida entre ambos países. Dichas comunicaciones, tanto verbales, por teléfono, como escritas, a través de correo electrónico, documentación, etc., se realizarán siempre en idioma inglés.

Requisitos
- Estudiante de Grado, doble grado o Master en Ingeniería, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas, Física, Computación e Inteligencia Artificial.
- Inglés y español fluido.
- Nível usuario de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Conocimientos e interés por la programación (preferible Python, también válido Matlab o similar).

Condiciones de beca
- Convenio de beca entre DTN y la Universidad de Sevilla.
- Jornada a tiempo parcial: 5 horas/jornada, de lunes a viernes.
- Remunerado: 600 €/mes.
- 6 meses de duración.
- Flexibilidad en el horario cuando tengas que asistir a exámenes.
