Kenvue is recruiting for a **Digital Marketing Intern**, located in Madrid, Spain.

An excellent opportunity to develop your career in an international environment as part of the Digital Marketing team, working with power brands across multiple categories including but not limited to Neutrogena®, Nicorette®, Frenadol®, Listerine®, Johnson’s Baby® and Le Petit Marseillais®.

**What You Will Do**
- This role will support Kenvue brands in different areas of Digital Marketing, with specific focus in Reporting, Data & Analytics of the different Digital Media campaigns across the Cluster.
- Countries in Scope: Southern Europe & France Cluster (SEF), made up of more than 15 countries being mainly focused on Spain, France, Italy & Portugal.
- Help Kenvue in the road to become a Digital First company supporting brand teams to empower digital mindset.
- Ensure driving brand growth through meaningful experiences enabled by precision marketing.

**Key Projects**:

- Deliver value to the Marketing teams by collecting and interpreting data, analyzing and reporting digital campaigns results and identifying insights, trends and patterns.
- Help in the implementation in the SEF cluster of new data visualization tools and key Digital Marketing projects coming from regional & global teams.
- Support the DMX team in the media investment budget and agency management.
- Support the Roll out of Google Analytics 4 across markets and its correct implementation during Kenvue’s website updates.
- Support hosting and access to analytics technology to right users.

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**
- Diverse educational and culture background will be highly valued but Digital Marketing or Analytics & Data specialization is required.
- Previous experience on a Digital Marketing role will represent a plus.
- Ability to write and present clearly and persuasively in English (Spanish and French is a plus)
- Autonomous profile with a good problem-solving skill and critical thinking

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in a local function with direct exposure and engagement with regional & global teams.
- Experience in managing budgets and driving results through precision media and conversion-oriented campaigns.
- Experience handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced and matrix environment.
- Ability to maintain perspective and bring positive attitude and courage to internal and partnership discussions.
