Execute the on-field maintenance activities

**Organization Structure**

Services Alstom Digital Mobility, System & Infrastructure
- **Organisational Reporting**

Direct line report to the Maintenance Manager
- **Key Network and Links**

Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Technicians, Logistic, Sourcing, Supply chain, Industrialization, Repairs Technicians, Repairs manager
- **Performance Measurement**

Quality, Cost, Delivery.

Contractual KPI (Maintenance Reports, Response Times, etc.)
- **Responsibilities**
- Execute maintenance activities in DIS (Onboard solution) systems:

- Correctives
- Preventives
- Improvements
- Repairs notification
- Interface with the customer.
- Monthly report to the Maintenance Reports (state of the corrective, preventives done,)
- Interface with the other involved métiers in the warranty and maintenance activities (ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering).
- **Specific Technical Knowledge**
- Telecommunications or Industrial Technician.
- At least 3 year of experience in railway projects, specially in IXL systems
- Analytical skills, good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procedures for Quality.
- Knowledge on ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- **Other requirements**
- _Driving license B1_
- _Fluent in Spanish_
