En About your talent, estamos ayudando a nuestros cliente, una empresa multinacional del sector ocio, a fortalecer su equipo con un Warehouse Manager con la misión de liderar, organizar y gestionar nuestro almacén ubicado en Getafe y también, el resto de los almacenes satélites, garantizando que el almacén funcione de forma efectiva y eficiente.

**¿**Qué **har**á**s?**

Reportando directamente al M&SC director, tus principales funciones serán:

- Definir, implantar y actualizar los procedimientos y normas para el correcto funcionamiento de los almacenes, asegurando la estructura necesaria, definiendo KPI’s, entre otros
- Gestionar y optimizar los procesos de almacén: recepción, registro, etiquetado, ubicación, picking, expediciones, documentación, etc., asegurando que las entregas de materiales o productos acabados, se realizan sin errores.
- Gestión y optimización del inventario, asegurando que las transacciones se realizan en el sistema en forma y tiempo: realización de inventarios cíclicos, gestión de stocks obsoletos o de slow moving, reportes periódicos, análisis de las incidencias, etc.
- Liderar al equipo a su cargo, asignar nuevas tareas, definir sus expectativas, guiar y dar feedback de su rendimiento y desarrollar a sus colaboradores y motivarlos
- Comunicación y colaboración transversal con otros departamentos (dpt. Técnico, financiero/controller, auditoria, y el resto del departamento de M&SC)
- Participar en la elaboración de la estrategia anual y presupuestos junto al resto del equipo de M&SC

**¿**Qué **necesitas?**
- A nível formativo, valoramos estudios superiores de ingeniería de la rama técnica o de organización industrial, con deseable formación específica en logística, operaciones y/o supply chain
- Aportar mínimo de 5 años en posiciones similares liderando y gestionando almacenes avanzados con ERP y SGA, preferiblemente Navision
- Tener una visión estratégica para la optimización de procesos logísticos y de almacenamiento
- Buen nível de inglés
- Ser una persona organizada, orientada a resultados, habituada a gestionar equipos
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas y empatía para trabajar en equipo y con otros departamentos
