**We are looking for**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Sales Executive (m/w/d)**, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

**Your role in BizAway**
- FULL CYCLE POSITION: in the first 6 months you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
- Research and prospect for new clients in various international markets
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth

**Your basic qualifications**
- You have an excellent level of **English** and a native level of one of the following languages**:Danish / Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish / Polish**:

- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR
- “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

- Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups
