We are looking for an** **English and Spanish Speaking Customer Representative - Night Shift **to join our exciting projects.

- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday 15:00 to 00:00 or 18:00 to 03:00

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As **Customer Representative** in our team, you will:

- Provide accurate information regarding our products, customer orders, and all company service guidelines
- Resolve customer complaints, diffuse customer situations, and troubleshoot issues while adhering to all provided guidelines and company policies in a timely and effective manner
- Efficiently navigate multiple platforms throughout the day pertaining to order management, payment, escalations, and client communications
- Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues
- Complete all training sessions to develop the skills required to ensure successful and excellent customer service is provided
- Understand both in-store and online policies and guidelines to ensure seamless omnichannel experience for the client.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in a customer service environment
- Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences
- Technical proficiency managing multiple platforms while utilizing a keyboard, phone and delivering exceptional service at the same time
- Ability to navigate browsers and assist customers using platforms via: Salesforce
- Experience with payment and fraud management preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to problem-solve and present thoughtful and well-reasoned opinions based on policy and context while being motivated to provide creative solutions to challenges all while maintain composer.
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to fulfill commitments, remaining reliable, punctual, and on-time.
