David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an English speaking B2B Sales HR Manager to join their team.

Position: B2B Sales HR Manager

Location: Remote, Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the overall alignment of recruitment need
- Support 10+ hubs globally and working closely with local Heads of B2B Operations
- Create, adapt and deploy the recruiting strategy
- Create a global view on the recruitment needs
- Support in training and development of regional recruitment teams
- Responsible for B2B Sales new openings in all regions, current open positions, available recruitment pipeline, planning of new programs and recruitment setup
- Responsible for global initiatives that will enhance recruitment capabilities

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience (in a recruitment role)
- Comfortable with engaging and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in training and developing local/regional recruiters
- Previous experience in working in an international environment
- Occasional travelling is required.
