Actualmente seleccionamos a un/a **Engagement Manager ServiceNow, **para incorporarse a una compañia cuya actividad principal se centra en digitalizar procesos de negocio.

**Day-to-day Responsibilities**:

- Management of project Lifecycles from start to finish.
- Project tracking and reporting (Status Reports, Tracking, RIDAC Logs, etc.).
- Project administration & collaboration (organizing strategic calls, keeping and distributing project minutes, exchanging information, back-office tasks, etc.).
- Change Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management.
- Coordinating various IT functions to align tasks, solve problems and steer the projects forward.
- Draft Project documentation (Project Charters, Schedules and WBS breakdowns, Functional Specs, UAT planning & results, hand-off information, closure docs, etc.).
- Ensuring Projects are delivered "on-time, on-spec & on-budget".
- Acting as a business consultant, when necessary, to translate business needs into Functional Requirements.

**Education, Work Experience & Certification**:

- University degree or college diploma in the field of computer science, technology and/or Project Management, with 3 to 5 years work experience.
- Traditional PM certifications preferred (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- Agile certification would be a plus (Scrum Master, etc.)
- Great knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of ServiceNow or PaaS would be a big plus.

**Education, Work Experience & Certification**:
