Reporting to the Marketing Director will be mainly responsible for:

- Define the strategy and an action plan for the short-mid and long term, to improve Pernod Ricard’s Daytime brands profitability (Licours, wines, aperitif portfolio with priority brands such as: Petroni and RuaVieja)
- Mobilize key stakeholders: internal (company departments and Brand Companies) and external (agencies and partners) to drive excellence in the implementation and execution of the action plan.
- Portfolio management and new opportunity identification.
- Formulating objectives and assess results obtained.

Main missions and responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Strategic Brands and Category plans.
- Lead and develop the annual business strategy and present to CODI & Brand Companies.
- Formulate a strategy and accompanying budgetary proposal as part of the long range and annual plan processes.
- Supervise the brands concerned on a day-to-day basis and ensure a sustainable business growth with healthy financial achievements.
- Identify business opportunities, develop and launch NPD to fulfil portfolio strategy.
- Contribute to the continued development of, both, the brands and the company.
- Responsible of brand communications, that comply with local regulations
- Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Take critical decisions for business and market development.
- Deliver the business annual plan and maximize the Return on investment
- Lead the team and enable their capabilities.
- Identify and develop talent.
- Motivate and inspire teams to maximize their contribution to the business (management skills and competencies so they can adequately evaluate, develop and deliver brand and consumer plans).

Job measurements:

- Manage a business of over 100M €.
- Manage an A&P of over 12M €.
- To supervise and manage a team of 8 -12 members approx.

- Possessing in-depth knowledge of the market.

- Demonstrated familiarity with digital marketing capabilities.

Required Profile:

- University degree, preferable in Business Administration. A master degree will be a plus.
- English fluent. French or other languages will be a plus.
- 10+ years of previous marketing or sales management experience.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with professional marketing tools, structures and processes.
- Leadership - experience.
- Willingness to take over responsibility and work autonomy
- Team spirit
