The company is looking for a Sales Executive, based in Barcelona, to be responsible for the full sales cycle and take sales to new heights. You will be a real owner, contributing to the success of the company, and have great development possibilities.

Tasks
- Managing the sales process from active leads sourcing to closing deals
- Analyzing market trends and competition and generating opportunities by understanding client needs
- Performing online meetings with prospects to present the product and services, and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides
- Build effective relationships with decision-makers of other companies

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience doing the full sales cycle
- Native Level of German and Full Professional Level of English
- You have a proven track record in B2B Sales. SaaS and Payroll sales are a big plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to take ownership and make a real impact
- You have a passion for reaching out to people, presenting a service/ product, and negotiating
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills
