**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will be part of the Program, Change & Marketing Management team.

The individual must have experience and passion to support the design, development and implementation of innovative, creative engagements and communications solutions to keep up employee engagement and morale.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Drafting and designing articulate, concise and visual messages to execute said strategy
- Managing relationships with Senior leadership and proactively supporting their individual communications needs
- Helping to translate business rationale (e.g., slides, data from potentially disparate inputs) to a compelling story in various media forms (such as video, reference materials, PPT etc.)
- Fervor for finding new ways of communication and a keen interest in analyzing data to find how to increase engagement with the target audience
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and manage events such as virtual and in-person townhalls
- Managing vendor relationships
- Knack for influencing beyond authority
- Utilizing and finding various channels to communicate with our target audience
- Measuring the success of campaigns and initiatives
- Basic understanding of people-focused change communications and internal marketing

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
- 6-8 years of experience in internal communications role
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
- Project Management, Change Management or Communications professional certification are a plus
- Experience with knowledge and collaboration tools e.g., Trello, Slack, Office 365 suite including leveraging collaboration tools to gamify user experience are a plus
- Basic knowledge of using video editing software and Adobe Premier Pro is a plus
- Experience in defining, measuring, assessing, and improving KPIs associated with communications
