Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a **Customer Service Representative** a nuestro equipo en **Cornellá **(Barcelona). ¿Quieres ser tú?

**Como** **Customer Service Representative, te encargarás de**:

- Tareas proactivas de ventas clientes web y buzón de ofertas.
- Negociación reactiva de precios.
- Impulsar el self-service a través de la web (MyCarburos).
- Gestión de incidencias de facturas.
- Gestión de las solicitudes de los clientes: copias de facturas, albaranes, contratos, acuerdos, confirmación de entregas, precios...
- Proporcionar apoyo al cliente con las consultas del portal, pedidos en la web.
- Apoyo al departamento de créditos y cobros para reducir la morosidad.
- Gestión proactiva de las cuentas de los clientes: mantenimiento de precios, números de pedido, contratos y condiciones de pago.

- Atención al detalle y habilidad en solucionar problemas.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Experiência en el manejo de SAP.
- Experiência con Office.
- Nível alto de Castellano, se valorará conocimiento de inglés y portugués.
- Se valorará estudios superiores (diplomatura, licenciatura, o máster).
