**Your mission**:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Communication Manager **based in Spain with Fluent German **to planning and executing online and offline marketing and communication campaigns to increase Playtomic's GotCourts League participation. Through targeted marketing campaigns and efforts you will develop and expand the Swss player community.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop marketing and communication strategy online/offline in collaboration with overall GotCourts League management
- Execute a social media strategy in line with overall marketing strategy using the relevant platforms and mediums to reach our target audiences
- Create and execute marketing, social media and communication campaigns, plans and promotions
- Conceptualize, create, edit and publicize content for various marketing and communication channels: website, app, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, mailings, flyers, blogs, media partner campaigns, banners, etc.
- Create content and event ideas and execute accordingly to develop a strong player community and improve the participant’s experience
- Activate and grow GotCourts social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube)
- Support marketing communication for racket sports tournaments to increase participation and attendance
- Managing sponsorship relationships with existing and potential partners.

**Who you’ll be playing with**:
You'll be working with our GotCourts team, reporting to both the Regional Manager of Central Europe and the Leagues Project Manager and collaborating closely with an external communications agency.

**Our Ideal "Player"**:

- 3+ years of relevant marketing and communication experience
- Experience acquiring sponsors for events and initiatives and managing the sponsorship relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Fluent German (main communication language for marketing) and English working proficiency (main communication language internally), Spanish would be a plus
- Strong expertise in planning and executing marketing and communication campaigns and activities online and offline
- Flair for target-group-oriented storytelling and natural affinity for design and layout
- Proficiency in online and content marketing, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager expertise
- Budgeting experience

**Extra points**:
