**Job Description**:
El Head of Data & Tech, es responsable de liderar la innovación y evolución en el área de data y tecnología tanto de dentsuX como de los clientes de la agencia. Es responsable de guiar y acompañar a los clientes en diferentes proyectos, detectando sus necesidades y oportunidades para la empresa y sus marcas.

Su objetivo es diseñar e implementar el roadmap de cada cliente.

Además, comprende las necesidades de la industria y sabe cómo cubrirlas mediante soluciones relevantes que ayuden a mejorar la eficacia de las acciones de marketing y publicidad de los clientes de la agencia.

Contribuye activamente al desarrollo e integración de soluciones de data y tecnología.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar la estrategia de data y tecnología de dentsuX alineada tanto con la red global de dentsuX como el grupo dentsu a nível local.
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo de productos y soluciones de data propia o en partnership con empresas de tecnología publicitarias.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de cuentas y los especialistas digitales, en la estrategia de proyectos de data y tecnología de los clientes de la agencia. Liderando y coordinando los diferentes equipos y partners implicados en dichos proyectos.
- Guiar a los clientes de dentsuX en el desarrollo de su estrategia de datos, liderando el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de datos y tecnología ligados a estrategias de marketing y publicidad. Colaborando y coordinando el amplio ecosistema de partners y equipos internos del cliente.
- Planteamiento, desarrollo y supervisión de proyectos de datos, colaborando activamente en la estructuración de datos del cliente y la conexión de los mismos con diferentes fuentes y plataformas.
- Gestionar la integración de plataformas y herramientas: Liderar el diseño e implementación de soluciones ad tech para integrar y sincronizar datos de múltiples fuentes y data providers; y conectarlas con diferentes plataformas publicitarias para activar campañas a escala.
- Liderar proyectos de integración de estrategias de Value Based Bidding (ofertas basadas en el valor) y Customer Data Activation (activación de datos de clientes).
- Implementación y seguimiento de proyectos de medición, como la instalación y configuración de píxeles y el uso de herramientas de analytics, y sistemas de medición.
- Liderar la innovación y evolución en el área de data y tecnología tanto de dentsuX como de los clientes de la agencia.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 7 años en Adtech y al menos 2 años de experiência como responsable de data y tecnología en empresas del sector publicitario.
- Conocimiento profundo de la industria publicitaria y seguimiento de los principales cambios, como la transición a un mundo “Cookieless” y la creciente importancia de los datos de primera parte (first-party data).
- Experiência demostrada en herramientas de medición y analítica web (Google/Adobe), entendimiento del ecosistema de medición.
- Sólido conocimiento y experiência en Adtech: ecosistema de los principales players (Google, Meta, Amazon), plataformas tecnológicas (DSP, SSP ), plataformas de gestión de datos (CDP, data clean rooms..) y data providers y soluciones de addressability ID.
- Capacidad de liderar proyectos multidisciplinares y equipos matriciales, con una fuerte habilidad para establecer una dirección clara, y asegurar la progresión y desarrollo de los proyectos.
- Capacidad de influencia y colaboración con diferentes equipos y stakeholders.
- Nível alto de inglés a nível profesional.
