WORK DETAILS:

- Shared Home-based / Office-based job position.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency level of English both written and spoken.
- A desktop or a laptop working at its best condition is a MUST.
- Willing to work 40 hours a week, mainly between 8:00 to 16:00 CET. 24/7 availability on demand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in business administration or relative field.
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with business principles and practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- The Objective is to support the CEO where needed and help the CEO perform his function the best way possible. This objective will demand confidential information handled and secured. Work out of office in Spain, Denmark, United States and Manila as the CEO´s right hand on site or with the CEO directly, either way round. The job demands 24/7 availability on demand. Willing to and be able to travel on short demand.
- Handle requests from CEO and open up/plan STEP Job cards on employees within our organization to handle and perform own tasks and secure other tasks and assignments completed within set deadlines and budgets.
- Schedules meeting and appointments which also includes preparation of agenda, take part in said meetings for note taking, deliver ideas for company growth and development.
- Answers, screens, and transfers incoming calls
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Keep our inhouse database aligned and updated in good working order. This includes, adding of supplier/customer company cards, adding of Job Cards, input of product sales price or cost prices, and exporting pdf reports from the database.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by immediate superior/management.

**Salary**: 1,000.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
