Who We Are
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team in Sevilla offices, Spain, working closely with global and international product managers, engineering squads and other Solera country stakeholders, to deliver added value solutions into the global Solera claims management platform that is being deployed worldwide to Solera’s customers.
What You’ll Do
- _ Gain in-depth level of understanding on the assigned product(s), including _personas and use cases_
- _ Align with Solera’s _Demand Management process_ in order to _prioritize_ features with the highest value within Quarterly plannings and Sprint plannings_
- _ Work side-by-side with Product Managers to align on _backlog_ _prioritization_ and roll-out of owned features._
- _ Analyzing stakeholders’ _needs_ and conduct brainstorming sessions to _extract the requirements_, including the workflow and integration points (where relevant)_
- _ Collaborate with the team_, including Developers, QA and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments by driving the _epics and user-stories definition_ and participating to the _agile ceremonies_
- _ Develop _product documentation _such as user guides and release notes to help the Solera countries understand better the new functionalities of the product and how to enable / release them_
- _ Track and analyze _product performance metrics_ (usage Analytics)_ _driving _data-based _decisions_
What You’ll Bring
- _ Strong_ written and communication skills in English_,_ _additional languages can be a plus (Portuguese, Spanish, French, German)_
- _ Problem-solving and _analytical skills_ to identify _opportunities_ and _pain-points_ through data and _customers/stakeholders’_ insights_
- _ Excellent _communication_ and _team skills_,_ _can communicate requirements and goals efficiently to the teams involved_
- _ Experience with _Agile _(Scrum/Kanban) Software Development frameworks_
- _ Requires a _BSc/MSc degree_ in Computer Science or equivalent_
