**What you’ll do**
Volvo Car Spain is currently hiring a Consumer Insight Analyst on a temporary basis (6 months). Reporting directly to the Consumer Experience Senior Manager you are a key part of the Consumer Insight Team.
As a Consumer Insight Analyst in our team, you will provide customer-led insight to the Volvo Car Spain organisation through applied consumer insight that is derived from analytics and research from actual, and potential, consumers of Volvo Car products, services and experiences in Spain. You will analyze consumer insights at every step of the consumer journey and propose appropriate actions and follow up.
You will support the integration of consumer analytics from a wide range of relevant sources (primary & secondary, qualitative & quantitative), communicate these findings across the department and identify challenges and opportunities for achieving our business goals in Spain.
You will help deliver the Consumer Insights strategy through collaboration with stakeholders to identify insights needs, plan appropriate solutions, select the most suitable methodology and deliver actionable inputs. This role includes regular reporting and maintain dashboards for key business projects/areas, with a focus on action & improvement as well as support the identification of knowledge gaps and how to address key business issues.
**What you’ll bring**
To be successful in this role you have demonstrable experience in insight analysis or a similar analytical or market research role and experience from research approaches & methodologies (qualitative & quantitative). You have the ability to digest complex data and present back clear evidence-based recommendations. You are good at prioritising your work and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
On a personal level, you are a good communicator and present confidently to project stakeholders at different levels. You develop effective relationships and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Consumer Insight, Psychology or a related field is meritorious. Experience with Power BI, Salesforce and Google analytics will be positively valued. You are bilingual in Spanish (C2) and are fluent in English (C1).
