**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Automating our Regression Suites on WEB, Mobile app’s for Socios & Chilizx using Katalon Studio.
- Build automated test cases for API.
- Ownership / Support the release regressions(manual) & API Daily Regressions
- Run the API Daily regressions at the start of day and report to the relevant teams in case of issues.
- Creation and Continuous Improvement of any automation needs
- Coming Up with task distribution per sprint between Senior QA & Junior / QA test Engineer.
- Being part of Release Regression cycles
- Supporting Junior/QA Test Engineer to deal with the Feature team ownership level
- Support SDLC in Feature teams alongside the QA Test Engineer
- Assist QA Leads when there is the need.
- Maintain knowledge repos updated across the feature teams
- Analyse business requirements, design documents for completeness and testability;
- Conduct post-release functional and user acceptance testing;
- Perform execution of test cases and test scripts by using our stack;
- Capture test results, test metrics and report them;
- Execute test cases (manual & automated) and analyse results;
- Performs root cause analysis of the defects that you report.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Having a strong knowledge and prove4n experience in UI (WEB & MOBILE APPS)& API Automation testing
- Working knowledge of our technology stack;
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, and various stages of software quality assurance including Black Box / White Box / Gray box, test planning, reporting/control and root cause analysis;
- Experience in Functional testing, User Acceptance Testing, Integration testing, System testing, Sanity testing and Backend testing;
- Technical background (databases, client-server architecture, programming);
- Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new technology or techniques;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Maintaining decorum when in stressful times & having an attitude help the QA team when needed without judging the questions related to product by keeping the friendly attitude.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude;
- Ability to work in a team and on your own;
- A Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field would be considered an asset.
