**Qué esperamos**:

- Driving dual-sourcing set-up across Global Platform business units for centrally defined suppliers for commodity and strategic stand-alone components
- Identification of new suppliers to de-risk new product platform supply chains for critical components
- Responsible for the development of Global suppliers according to the requirements, identifying new suppliers and establishing business relationships with strategic partners
- Supplier management, fully in line with requirements of internal clients groupwide
- Search and identify new competitive suppliers in defined markets, in specific regions (Eastern Europe, Mexico, Asia) and material categories of strategic relevance
- Drive (initial) qualification of new suppliers according to requirements of functions such as quality management and engineering but also according to sustainability criteria
- Build up strategic partnerships with relevant suppliers in respective regions
- Continuously analyze market trends, key data and contractual conditions of suppliers in scope.
- Build strategies with strategic suppliers for a sustainable and long-term development.
- Define action plans with suppliers and internal customers, ensuring that all requirements are covered; escalate possible deviations that may pose a risk to the business
- Support supplier qualification activities and supplier audits

**A quién buscamos**:

- University graduate (Bachelor or above)
- Tenure 4-6 years in purchasing, supply chain, quality or project management, preferably in the elevator industry
- Track record in supplier development or supplier qualification processes
- Strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English - High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity and reliability
- Willingness to travel internationally
