**Trainer & Retail Team Supervisor**

**Location: Madrid**

**REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO**
- Mínimo título de educación secundaria.
- El certificado de formador es un plus.
- 3-5 años de experiência en el mismo trabajo o parecido en actividades clave y responsabilidades
- Habilidades de organización y comunicación excelentes
- Excelente profesional y con habilidades sociales
- Experiência demostrable en ventas
- Se requiere experiência en formación.
- Hablar inglés es un plus.

**Responsabilidades y actividades clave**:
**SUPERVISOR**
- Informe diario de ventas e inSdicadores de desempeño de grupo al jefe directo.
- Representar la marca FOREO ante clientes designados.
- Llevar a cabo visitas a tiendas y preparar informes de visitas de mercado.
- Construir relaciones con jefes de tienda.
- Actuar como vendedor y controlar el merchandising visual dentro de tienda.
- Analizar, desarrollar y fijar objetivos de venta, estrategias de comisiones y acciones de ventaja para incrementar el rendimiento de ventas y alcanzar los objetivos fijados.
- Promocionar a FOREO en tiendas.
- Ejecución de acuerdos llevados a cabo por la sede de FOREO con clientes.
- Asegurar la disponibilidad de stock en tiendas, controlar la rotación de stock, la falta de éste y llevar a cabo el inventario.
- Investigar y analizar las tendencias de mercado, sectores demográficos, lista de precios, productos competencia, y otra información relevante para componer estrategias de marketing.
- Supervisión del trabajo de azafatas y Brand Ambassadors.
- Participación en ferias de comercio.
- Reunir información de mercado, y tomar acciones correctivas en consecuencia.
- Viajar dentro del área designada según necesidad.
- Monitorear toda la información de ventas y crear informes escritos detallados y presentaciones orales que presentar ante el equipo directivo.
- Desarrollar la potencia de venta (Brand Ambassadors).
- Asegurar el desempeño y desarrollo de las Brand Ambassadors trabajando de cerca con los supervisores.
- Todas las actividades restantes en relación a las peticiones del Supervisor en cuanto a los requisitos del puesto de trabajo.

**CONTENIDO DIGITAL**
- Desarrollar herramientas de formación y contenido digital para omnichannel y clientes digitales.
- Responsable de los nuevos servicios online en Digital de los retailers.
- Gestionar las plataformas de contenido interno creando contenido para el canal.

**TRAINING**
- Organizar el material de formación existente.
- Crear nuevo material de formación para FOREO relacionado con los siguientes ángulos de comunicación (inglés y español): Producto, discurso de ventas de nuestro producto vs la competencia y discurso de ventas de nuestros equipos de ventas en los diferentes PDV.
- Dar formación para incorporar de forma efectiva a nuevos profesionales de venta y marketing para asegurar un tiempo de formación reducido.
- Responsable de formación y de ofrecer toda la información sobre nuevos lanzamientos de FOREO al equipo de ventas.
- Crear el material de formación para partes interesadas relevantes determinando la prioridad, meta, público objetivo, alcance, por supuesto escribiendo o actualizando requisitos con aportes de expertos en el tema a tratar.
- Investigar el contenido, storyboard y trabajo con SMEs para transformar contenido base en aprendizaje efectivo e interesante, usando múltiples herramientas y técnicas de transferencia del conocimiento (ambas digitales y tradicionales).
- Desarrollar evaluaciones/certificaciones efectivas que evalúen de forma precisa el conocimiento y habilidad de los aprendices de poner conceptos en práctica.
- Revisar de forma contínua y desarrollar plantillas de curso y materiales para asegurar consistencia, fluidez y estructura en todo el portafolio del curso.
- Diseño y escritura de formación de materiales técnicos para eLearning y la impartición de clases que cree un marco que pueda ser distribuido por múltiples presentadores.
- Implementar intervenciones de aprendizaje en directo cuando se necesiten.
