**Responsibilities**:

- Inspire and equip our teams with essential soft skills through engaging induction and product trainings
- Provide ongoing refresher trainings to enhance the performance of our dedicated professionals
- Develop and deliver innovative new product and process trainings
- Craft and update comprehensive training materials to ensure up-to-date and relevant content
- Collaborate closely with clients, attending weekly process meetings to align training strategies
- Proactively communicate process changes to both management and agents
- Maintain and enhance our training platforms to create a seamless learning experience
- Foster a supportive environment by implementing effective job coaching and training plans
- Understand and support employees' personal goals and aspirations
- Guide agents in identifying and overcoming personal barriers, empowering them to set and achieve goals
- Assess individual strengths and empower agents to utilize them effectively
- Provide guidance and support in mastering job tasks
- Cultivate motivation and enhance skill development among team members
- Monitor and evaluate agents' progress, ensuring continuous improvement
- Maintain thorough records, prepare comprehensive reports, and conduct Quality Audit checks
- Deliver constructive feedback and coaching to the team based on Quality Audit results
- Provide daily operational support and guidance to team members
- You possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer, preferably in a soft skills training capacity
- You have a solid background (at least 1 year) in the BPO industry, with a deep understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Your English language skills are professional level, enabling effective communication with stakeholders and business partners
- You have a profound understanding of effective teaching methodologies and utilize various tools to create impactful learning experiences
- You demonstrate a willingness to stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, is a must; familiarity with e-learning software is highly valued
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining stress-tolerant and focused under pressure
- Your exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills make you a natural motivator
- Your organizational and time management abilities are exceptional, ensuring efficient training delivery
